Writer's Block: In The Money [Aug. 5th, 2007|09:48 pm]
[Tags|, ]
[Current Music |Emir Djulovic.]

If you won $100 this afternoon, what would you do with it?

That's not a lot of money, but I'd probably go to Borders and get American Psycho (book) and Elizabethtown on DVD [special edition].

New icon, obv. I love Orlando Bloom and Kirsten Dunst.
But... who doesn't like Orlando Bloom? Seriously.

What are you afraid of?

What am I afraid of? Hmm, well there's a lot of things I'm afraid of actually... but I'm mostly afraid of spiders. Holy shit, whenever I see one of those motherfucker's I freak out. Any kind of spider I see, small or big, posionous or not, I will run away from it / tell someone to kill it. I think I hate bugs in general.

I really need to go clean my whole house. Oh and do the laundry & clean my room. It's gonna be real fun.

...That's it.

Writer's Block: Summer Break [Jul. 17th, 2007|03:45 pm]

How did you spend summers when you were a kid?

Hello Writer's Block. :)
Anyway, to answer that question... when I was a kid I lived in Germany, so I traveled to many, many places. I went to Africa, Turkey, Bosnia, all over Germany and other places for Summer. Africa & Turkey have to be the coolest places I've ever been to in the world. I don't think I've met any person that's been to Africa before.

I really miss living in Europe.

My mom and dad left me at home to watch over the cat and dogs, while they're in Florida looking for a house to move into. I'm okay with it I guess, as long as they come back with a home to move into down there, haha.

And no, I'm not at home alone. My uncle and aunt are helping me watch over the house.

That's basically it, for now.

Honda Civic Tour
[Verizon Wireless Ampitheater]

May 18th has got to be the best day of my life, ever. Kayla, Ashley and I went to the HCT, obviously. I got to see all of my favorite bands. Cobra Starship, Fall Out Boy, and The Academy Is..., I wasn't really there for +44 and Paul Wall. Hahah. My uncle drove us there and we got their just in time for the doors to open. We went to our seats which were in the center third row. We were pretty damn close. :) I loved it.

Cobra Starship

First band of the night. Amazing band, Cobra Starship. I looked around the stage and saw Gabe standing on the right side. I told Ashley that I saw him and she didn't believe me. But, then he spoke into the microphone and yeah, I was right. He was on the stage. They came out and played only six to seven songs. I wanted them to play many more but they had four bands and one rapper there, so I completely understand. But it would have been nice. Gabe Saporta is an amazing dancer. I'm so jealous. He told us to put our right fist in the air and yell, "Hey hey hey!" on the count of three. Then he saw a woman that didn't have her fist in the air and he said, "Hey! You! Put your motherfucking fist in the air. No, the other fist." Haha God, I love him. During Snakes On A Plane, William Beckett came out and sang his part, which I adored. And guess who sang Travis' part? Yeah, Paul Wall. Niiice.

Paul Wall

Like I said, I wasn't really there for Paul Wall, but I sat down for his whole set. His song's were so short, so he played like twelve of them or somewhat. I only knew like... two? He played his part in Grillz, then gave out a "grill" out to someone in the mosh pit. Ashley told me she bet it was fake. I don't doubt that. Oh and by the way, many girls looking like sluts during Paul Wall's set. Ewww.

The Academy Is...

My most favorite band ever. Ashley and I were freaking out when they came on. First Andy (The Butcher) came out, followed by Adam T. Siska, Michael Guy Chislett, and Mike Carden. Then last but not least, William Beckett. Everybody's screams got even louder for him. I'm not joking. They played: The Phrase That Pays, LAX To O'Hare, Neighbors, Slow Down, Checkmarks, Black Mamba, etc. Many more songs, but those are just some. We're in the club now, hahah. I loved their set, it was just amazing. The Academy Is... played the same amount of songs as Cobra Starship did, I think, and I wanted more but again, I understand why they did that. They said they'd be outside signing things and when we heard that, we left right after their set. I also saw Tony many times and yelled out, "Tony!" every time. Ashley told me to stop, and I tried, but I didn't suceed. I love Tony.

Intermission Number Three ... [+44]

Well, during their set, (Ashley Kayla and I) left to go find where The Academy Is... was. We found Kate, an amazing 7th grader, and we walked with her to find them. Turns out, we did find them! We pushed our way to the front of "mosh pit" thing that was in front of the table and we stood there all trying to think of what they would sign. I grabbed my left converse and held it, figuring they'd sign it. Ashley did the same with hers. Kayla had them sign her shirt. They all had black sharpies, and Kayla's shirt was black so when they told her they couldn't, she grabbed her silver sharpie and they signed it. She also got a picture with the one and only, Michael Guy Chislett. Anyway, Ashley went up there first and got her shoe signed by them all. She told me that William went for the front of her shoe, saw it was signed by Sisky, then to the side and saw it was signed by Michael, then he turned it and signed in black sharpie on the black part of her shoe. He's smart, haha. I love William. While we were standing in the tiny mosh pit, I heard Checkmarks coming from the loud speakers (they played music videos during the intermissions), and I started singing. Apperantly Michael smiled and pointed at us. I grab attention, wahahah. Once I got close enough, I yelled out, "I love you Sisky!" He looked around to see who said that and I put up my hand, he smiled and high fived me! I won't ever forget that. I finally got up there and got William to sign my shoe, he went for the front and was really happy to see no one else signed it. I told him we had the same bracelet and he looked at me and smiled. William Beckett is one shy, timid guy. I went over to Sisky and he smiled when he saw me. He signed my shoe on the left side (thank god I have white converse), and he said he liked my shirt. I turned around and said, "I've got Santi on the back." He smiled wide and said, "awesome!" I got to Michael and gave him my shoe. He smiled at me and asked me, "How's it goin'?" in that nice austrailian accent. I died right then and there. I was like, "It's all going fine!" He said he liked my shirt too and he gave me my shoe back. I smiled and said thanks then left. I found Ashley and we freaked out. Then we waited for Kayla. Just for the record: William Beckett has the prettiest smile & eyes. Adam is so nice, and Michael is just flat out amaaazing.

+44 continued...

We came back for +44's few last songs. One was with VickyT, which I loved. She's got an amazing voice. They played, "When Your Heart Stops Beating" when we got back. During their set, all three of us sat down and just took in that we just met The Academy Is. Then Kate came over to us and she told us she had met Gabe Saporta. She showed us her arm and there was his signiture. I freaked out and ran towards where she had met him. We found him about to leave, then we shouted, "Gabe!" and he turned around smiled and waved. We sort of met him, but whatever. I'm alright with the smile and wave. At least he knows we exist, hahah. We went back when +44 finished their set and we had yet another intermission. I didn't feel like getting up so we just sat there and waited for Fall Out Boy to get on stage.

Fall Out Boy

While we waited, the sky got darker and darker. It was a redish-orange/black sky in a way. It was beautiful. The lights went out and everyone got up and screamed. The huge plasma tv screen thing turned on and a lot of things started to show. Fall Out Boy pictures came up and animated characters of themselves came up. I can't really explain/decribe it, but it was amazing. Once it had stopped, nothing happened then... Fall Out Boy jumped out of the stage and they went to their spots. Everybody was screaming so loud, but my hearing was gone by then, so it didn't really matter. They started to play, "Thriller" as their first song. Fall Out Boy played many, many songs. Some off of Take This To Your Grave, From Under The Cork Tree, and Infinity On High. Outstanding set. There was confetti, flames, smoke, everything! You had to be there to believe it. Dirty came out and took baseball's to his head and some in his stomach. He's stupid, but I love him. After that, Patrick played Golden. I got chills up and down my spine. Amazing song, I love it. I'm proud to say that I knew every single song from their set (also Cobra and TAI's sets too). I knew one song that nobody around me knew. "One and Only" by Timbaland and Fall Out Boy. Oh and one last thing, they played "Beat It" by Michael Jackson. My uncle loved it, haha. Kayla thought they were singing something else, but I won't say what, wahahahahaha. I can't really think of what else that happened, like I said, you had to be there.

Best night ever.

- If you seriously read all of this, I love you. <3

insomniac! [Jan. 4th, 2007|10:07 pm]

[Current Music |We Are Pilots]

Ugh, I hate when I can't go to sleep and then when I do finally get some sleep, I do not want to wake up.

For example: Today my alarm clock rang and I hate that fucker, so I usually turn it off and wake up 30 minutes after 6:00. (cuz that's when it's set to go off.) Well, I guess today I didn't wanna wake up. I had a very nice dream. And who the hell would want to wake up from that?

Yeah, no one.

I have to go read Chapter Ten, Section Two of my stupid bigass US HISTORY book. And have it all memorized for a quiz tomorrow.
Oh yeah, two quizzes on the first two days I'm back to school. Fuck yes, I love hate my school. :)

My icon is the shit, btw.

PEACEOUUUUT.

Changing. Things. Up. A. Bit. :)

I am really tired. And it's all thanks to school. :] sweet. Actually going back to school today wasn't all too bad. THOUGH, I still got homework. It was good.

So right now, my hands are fuhreakin cold. And typing on the keyboard is making them colder because I can't hold them or warm them up. DON'T suggest me to wear gloves. Tried that. Didn't work. Really annoyed me.

Yeah, I'm planning on writing in here a lot.
